Twitter makes SEO changes to improve rankings

Robin Wauters from TechCrunch has noted a subtle change to the way Twitter displays it’s title tags. The end results however are likely to be quite dramatic in the way your Twitter pages rank in search engines. The change sounds simple, the title tags use to read Twitter then the name of the account, but now they read the account name followed by Twitter. This minor tweak allows the full ranking weight of Twitter to be put behind your account name, helping to push it to the top of search engine ranking systems.
